The AIPAC sponsored bill basically says that WAR against IRAN (who hasn't picked a fight in centuries and treats it's Jews a lot better than israel treats it's muslims) is the only option and that diplomacy is off the table.
Obama can veto this piece of trash or he can put israel before his own country. I'm guessing he will kowtow before israel irregardless of the consequences for the US.
